NOVEMBER 3RD FIRST FRIDAY OPEN MIC AT DAGNY’S FEATURING DAVID NILE CHASE
Chase will be performing poems from his book, “Patchwork Poems,” containing poetry on an array of different topics and perspectives like an array of disparate cloth patches on the cover of an Amish/Mennonite quilt.
Chase writes in the iambic pentameter style that is prevalent in classic poetry and in the style of the singer/songwriters who have influenced him.
Chase drives all the way up from LA to join our Open Mics at Dagny’s – we appreciate his dedication as well as his wit!
You won’t want to miss his 20 minute presentation starting promptly at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Open Mic, when participants can share their original works.
