In this workshop, which is part of One Book, One Bakersfield, One Kern, writers will create a memoir piece about the times they struggled or were affected by someone’s struggle. Those interested can perform their written works at the Fisrt Friday Open Mic at Dagneys In October. Their will be a rehearsal on Sept. 26 at 10:00 am at the Beale Library. Refreshments provided.
