One Book, One Bakersfield, One Kern is community wide reading & discussion project of book, The International Bank of Bob by Bob Harris. Sponsored by Kern County Library and schools participating in James Patterson Teen Reader Engagement Grant: Garces, Highland, Independence and South High Schools. Student art will be on display at Beale Memorial Library from October 20-31.
